Closures
Classes may not meet during regional tournaments, camps, and other special events. Please see the Schedule page for additional info on closures.

Like most people, I've started to look forward to warmer weather, less snow, and the opportunity to be outside without wearing more than three layers of clothing. There are so many things we can't do in the "in between" season of spring - it's too warm or slushy to ski but still too wet or slushy to go hiking or camping. Happily, an indoor activity like taekwondo is perfect for this time of year! (It's always barefoot weather in the dojahng.) And as spring approaches, we're happy to announce some new class opportunities:

1) The ATA Fit class continues to meet during the noon hour on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; new members may join at the beginning of the month.
2)The workout floor is open to members of the Adult classes for independent study on Saturdays from 11:00am - noon.

There are a lot of exciting events on the horizon here at Cunningham's ATA. The Spring National tournament and training event in Las Vegas in March, the spring regional tournament in Salt Lake City next April, and "Mother's Day Mayhem" in May! If you haven't done so yet, call us or come in to visit our school. We look forward to meeting you!
