Since we assume that we will have a large number of first-time competitors at our tournament, an orientation meeting is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 19th. At the meeting, we will talk about tournament events, rules, and procedures; any and all questions will be answered! Immediately following the orientation meeting, there will be a clinic for all students interested in competing in the weapons event at the tournament. Please watch for clinic times and prices to be announced soon.

Of course, there are still plenty of things that need to be done before July 31st! Positions at the registration table, medal table, and pro shop are all still available, and anyone interested in sponsoring the tournament (or helping obtain sponsorships) is strongly encouraged to see Mr. Cunningham as soon as possible. Much of the organizational work is done, but there are still jobs to be filled. The more people we have helping, the easier the tournament weekend will be. Thanks for all your support in advance!
